AI Security & Governance

Every agent we deploy operates under bounded authority, not open-ended autonomy. Here's how we think about risk, review, and control, in plain English.

Our operating principles

Least privilege by default

No agent gets more access than its approved job requires. Single-purpose integrations, not broad administrative access.

Human control over consequential actions

AI can draft, summarize, classify, and recommend. Anything consequential stays under defined human control unless explicitly approved otherwise.

Isolation by design

Every client environment is isolated at the appropriate level. No cross-client exposure, no shared dependency risk.

Mandatory logging

Every action an agent takes is logged. Nothing runs invisibly, and nothing is untraceable after the fact.

No unbounded autonomy

Every agent operates within pre-approved rules, permissions, and escalation logic, always. No agent acts outside its defined scope.

Data minimization

Agents access only the minimum information required for their approved task, tied to a clear business purpose.

How we think about risk

We classify every action an agent might take by risk, not by capability.

Low risk

Fully automated. Example: drafting an internal summary.

Medium risk

Automated with monitoring and logging. Example: routing a new lead.

High risk

Requires human approval before it happens. Example: sending an external communication.

Restricted

Never automated. Example: financial transactions or legally binding commitments.

What you own

Deployment happens on client-owned cloud, dedicated hardware, or a hybrid model. You keep ownership and portability of your systems, your data, and your credentials. Nothing is locked behind a vendor-only runtime you can't take with you.

Every agent operates under bounded authority, least-privilege access, clear ownership, strict isolation, and mandatory human review for high-risk actions. Governance is permanent, even when tools, models, and runtimes change.
